A bold mix of bitterness and sweetness—this citrus-forward cocktail with Chopin Vodka, grapefruit, and honey is refreshing, surprising, and memorable from the very first sip.
• 40 ml favourite Chopin Vodka
• 15 ml honey syrup
• 2 grapefruit pieces
*decoration: rosemary sprig, grapefruit peel
Begin by placing several segments of fresh grapefruit into a whisky glass. Add a generous amount of honey syrup to the fruit. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to press and gently mash the grapefruit, releasing its juices and combining it with the honey syrup for a sweet and tangy base. Fill the glass with crushed ice, ensuring it’s packed to keep the drink cool. Pour Chopin vodka over the mixture and gently stir to blend. Finish the cocktail by adding your preferred garnish—such as a grapefruit wedge or a sprig of mint—for an attractive and aromatic touch. Serve right away and enjoy.
Bitter Sweet Symphony

Rosemary's Baby
Fresh and aromatic, where the crispness of Chopin Vodka meets the warmth of rosemary and citrus. A modern classic for those who appreciate subtle sophistication.
